#7 KISS ME CAPTAIN (13-10) has looked in control in all of her races with 3 easy victories. She could not be penalised more than 6 points for her last victory in a Graduation, but she ran to at least a 100 there and is therefore well in this time after being under sufferance at the weights in that race. The only reservation I can offer is that she drops to 1000m after winning all three of her starts over 1200m and I have seen this catch horses out in the past. I have to make her the one to beat, but I will cover her in my tote bets.
#10 FLOWERBOMB (7-1) is getting progressive ratings and 1000m is no problem for her. If the Fav has no issues with this shorter trip FLOWERBOMB is unlikely to beat her, but I’ll use her as cover for the Fav in my tote bets.
I’m not looking past these two.
